The Bull-Fighting Festival is one of the most ancient sports converted
into a large spectacle. Its start is prehistoric. According to legend
the King of Tartus, Gerion, had aggressive bulls which Hercules
overpowered.
In the 18th century the bull-fighting ring "Real Maestranza
de Caballería de Sevilla" was built. Because of its
outline and proportion it can be considered one of the most
beautiful in Spain.
