Rural Tourism

TROPICAL CROPS
The Andalusian towns form a varied and rich, complex panorama. In them one finds a reflection of the past civilizations and cultural traditions. Their physionomy and attractions are very varied, a result of their location and history: Towns of mountain, of pasture, of the coast, of the marshes, and of the sierra. The Andalusian geography is also rich in towns-fortresses, in castles and medieval monasteries, ancient frontiers in secular fronts.
In an amplified sense the Andalusian towns are identified generally by their use of lime that finished up prevailing because of hygenic reasons. In adition, its muslim past has left its imprint in many constructive elements.

Forming bunches in the slopes oriented to the south, these towns are an unsurpassable model of the microclimate created by man: Houses of two floors in order to distribute life between summer and winter, dotted with patios with fountains and an abundant vegetation, with glazed balconies. This image has been converted in an archetype in which the utility and the pleasure of the repose have been brought into harmony. An acquired experience over centuries to adapt to a climate which has the sun and the light as inseparable partners. Subbética Sierra JPG
